Your website is a critical piece of your business. We take the reliability and security of your website personally and seriously. Our Managed Hosting plan includes the following services:

Monthly WordPress and security updates, plus a proactive check-up on other important areas of the site.
Free transfer of existing site
Nightly triple backups: Every night your website is automatically backed up to three separate secure datacenters in three different geographic locations: Northern Virginia, Oregon, and New York City. Never worry about losing your data.
24/7 Monitoring and Alerting: We have redundant monitoring systems that identify issues with the infrastructure that powers your website and alerts us to these issues so we can handle them before they affect you or your customers.
Free SSL certificate: An SSL certificate keeps your website’s users secure. Many hosting providers charge $75 per year for this alone. With Google’s new emphasis on websites with SSL certificates, this will help improve your site’s search engine performance.
Premium Software Licenses Included: Numerous premium software subscription licenses valued at over $300 per year are included in the hosting fee. These licenses include, but not limited to: Elementor Pro, Advanced Custom Fields Pro, Gravity Forms Elite, and more.
Uptime Guarantee: We guarantee 99.9% monthly uptime or that month is free. Clients may request a report of their site’s uptime record at anytime.

Ultra secure, fast, and well-maintained server infrastructure.
Setup of your business’s email address(s).
Security Guarantee: We will repair any issues brought about by a security breach of the site free of charge. The exception being if the breach occurred due to flawed software installed by the client, or a third party representing the client, and not approved by us. In recovering from a security breach, the site may be reverted to a previous backup, in which case data loss could occur. In this unlikely scenario, we will use the most recent uncompromised backup available in order to minimize the amount of data loss.

Please fill out the following onboarding form to get started with our Managed Hosting plan. Our hosting fee is $480 annually due within 30 days of the first day of the service period. The annual service period will begin on the first day of the next month. An invoice will be sent to the point of contact listed below. A renewal invoice will be sent each year at the beginning of the service period.

By signing below, I agree on behalf of the above listed company and individual (the "client") to allow Channel Marker Media to host the website listed above and that Channel Marker Media has the authority to take actions on behalf of the client to fulfill it's service obligations such as transferring files, transferring databases, managing domain and DNS settings, contacting previous or existing 3rd party contractors, and other actions as necessary. I understand and agree to the services included in Channel Marker Media's Managed Hosting service and understand that this service does not include hourly labor charges for content updates and other website work as requested. For the above Managed Hosting service, I agree to pay Channel Marker Media a hosting fee of $480 annually to be paid on NET 30 terms from the first day of the service period. Invoice to follow. As the point of contact for the client, I understand that I am entering this agreement on behalf of and as an agent of the client and I have the authority to enter into this agreement on the client's behalf.
